UK cancellations and returns

You can cancel an online UK order without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back. Email contact.amracia@gmail.com with your name, order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate address.

Trying on your pair

You may inspect and try on the clogs as you would in a shop. Please try them indoors and keep the packaging where possible. We may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

Return costs and refunds

You pay return postage for a change of mind. We cover reasonable return costs for an item that is faulty, incorrect or not as described. Refunds go to the original payment method, including the original standard-delivery charge when applicable. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier.

Exchanges and problems

For another size, a damaged item or an order error, contact us so we can help. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Optional cancellation form

Email the following information to contact.amracia@gmail.com: “I wish to cancel my order for [items]. Order number: [number]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” You may also cancel with any other clear statement.
